PC COMPLETE is distributed as copyrighted freeware.

You may sell, the full copy of PC COMPLETE issues 1-2 (only the FIRST EDITION)
at any reasonable price, as long as it is stated clearly that the fee charged 
only covers expenses, and that, they are not purchasing PC COMPLETE, mearly 
paying for the distribution.

PC COMPLETE can only be distributed with all the files included, and in the  
uninstalled form.
